The Global Internship Program has 4 Pools: The Management pool which includes internships in general business functions (marketing, finance, HR etc.). The Technical pool which includes internships in IT and engineering. The Development pool which includes internships focused on community and social development. The Educational pool which includes internships focused on teaching others in educational institutions.

Administrative Details

Cost-effective Pricing

• Exchange program fee: $ 500 which covers the administration of AIESEC’s services for Management traineeships, Technical traineeships and Educational traineeships. Development traineeships on the other hand may not require an administrative fee.
• The $ 500 fee is required in full for processing of AIESEC’s Job Questionnaire form. Should the internship be cancelled before the intern arrives, $ 300 will be refunded.
• Minimum Monthly Salaries: $ 500 (before taxes) depending on the cost of living in each city or town.

Flexible Timing

• Duration: 2 to 18 months with flexibility to set minimum and maximum terms
• Start and End Dates: Any time of the year!
• Turnaround time: Two to four months for bringing in your intern
