Present in over 107 countries and territories and with over 60,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organisation. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today
Globally, AIESEC engages with thousands of companies and organisations to support their highly competitive international talent acquisition and consistent global employer branding. For AIESEC Kenya, the same is true nationally.
AIESEC offers flexible and customized programmes to provide talent that fits with your company’s culture and processes. As a global partner of AIESEC, you will enrich your work force with globally mind young professionals, looking to make a difference in your company. We manage 2 main programmes:
Global Talent Program – Access international students and take them on as interns to support your organizational needs and initiatives.
Graduate Recruitment Programme – Access local students/AIESECers/immediate former AIESECers and take them on as interns to support your organizational needs and initiatives.
The AIESEC network fuels a strong brand of employer of choice in a generation of young professionals from 11 universities and beyond. Organizations whose brand is well recognized nationally work with AIESEC Kenya beyond basic branding exercises. For them, AIESEC helps develops a closer understanding of the company among young leaders and potential employees through regular interaction during conferences, events and trainings.
Annually, companies and organisations engage with our membership during the following events:
National Recruitments
Between Jan- March and June- September, all University committees in AIESEC Kenya do recruitment campaigns for new members. This includes having information stands, promotional posters and information sessions all over the University campuses. Recruitment partners come in to support any or all of these activities.

National Conferences
AIESEC in Kenya hosts three different National Conferences (Jan, June, October) for its members to build member capacity, enhance leadership development and hold general meetings. Such conferences give our corporate partners a chance to participate in skill building sessions for our members as well as brand themselves to our brilliant and proactive University students from around Kenya. This fair that happens in June,is attended by our own young professionals with management experience, strategic thinking skills and global exposure. In addition, hundreds of other motivated, skilled students will be attending the fair. It aims to show students the current opportunities and trends in the employment market and how to make them relevant.
